How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Allegeddeath Tree Service should get an honest, fair experience. If it went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Allegeddeath Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, start with the provider. Keep a written record.

Tell us as well. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. One limit: Allegeddeath Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@allegeddeath.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
